Plain version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and the only thing we really ask for is your email — and only if you want the digest.

The email digest

If you subscribe to the digest, we store your email address and your chosen frequency so we can send you the newsletter. We use an email service provider to deliver it. You can unsubscribe from any email, and when you do, we remove you from the list.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful — things like page views and referrers. We aim to avoid invasive cross-site tracking and to keep data minimal.

Affiliate links

Some outbound product links are affiliate links. When you follow one, the destination retailer may set its own cookies under its own policy. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Cookies

The site itself works without login and sets no advertising cookies. Any cookies are limited to what's needed to make features and analytics work.
